At Zak, we want you to love your home essentials; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original Zak packaging, ensuring all hardware and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
